RPI students and faculty will host a discussion with members of the Troy City Council and community about risk governance in the city.  Students will report on ways the precautionary principle has oriented city decision-making in other cities, then pose questions and examples for consideration by the group.  The meeting is open to all interested.  RPI Union Room 3606.   Contact Professor Kim Fortun,fortuk@rpi.edu
